"Felt like I paid way too much for what I got"
I just don’t think this was worth the money. The prices felt high, and then what I actually got was just… basic. Like, not awful, not a complete disaster, but definitely not something that made me think, “Yeah, that was money well spent.” I kind of left annoyed with myself for not checking other options first. The people weren’t rude or anything, so it’s not about that, it just felt like poor value overall.

"Long wait and a bit disorganized"
I try to be fair and understand that places can get busy, but the wait felt way longer than it should have. The staff seemed a little unorganized, which made the whole experience more frustrating. I wouldn’t mind waiting if things felt under control, but this visit just didn’t come across that way.

I keep checking because I actually want to use the service, so it’s not like I’m just complaining for no reason. But every time I look, nothing is ever available. After a while, it gets frustrating when you’re making the effort and still can’t find anything

"Took way too long to hear back"
I emailed about my order and didn’t hear anything for days, which was really frustrating. I get that things can get busy, and maybe it was just bad timing, but it still felt like I was being completely ignored. The order itself wasn’t the end of the world, I guess, but the lack of response made the whole thing way more annoying than it needed to be. Customer service definitely needs to step it up.

I feel stupid for trusting them to have everything figured out. The class schedule was so poorly organized, and it made the whole experience way more frustrating than it needed to be. I expected things to be clear and planned out, but instead it felt messy and confusing from the start.

I tried booking through Airborne Sports, but the payment page kept freezing on me. I had to enter my details twice, and even after all that, I still didn’t get a clear confirmation. i won’t be using it again.

I really wanted this to be a hit, but my kid got bored with it quickly. At first they seemed a little interested, but that faded fast and they moved on to something else. I was hoping it would keep them entertained longer, so it was a bit disappointing

I went to watch my kid and, to be honest, it wasn’t the greatest experience for me. Maybe I was just tired that day or didn’t pick the best spot, but the parent viewing area felt awkward and I could barely see what was going on most of the time. It was noisy and crowded, so I mostly stood there trying to figure out where my kid even was. The staff looked busy, and I didn’t want to bother anyone, so I just let it go. I’m sure the kids probably had fun, but from a parent’s perspective, the setup could definitely be better.

"Gear didn’t feel as reliable as I expected"
I went in expecting the equipment to be in decent shape, especially for the price, but a lot of what I used seemed worn. The straps were starting to fray, the helmets had marks all over them, and one of the clips just didn’t feel secure to me. To be fair, the staff did swap it out when I mentioned it, so that part was handled fine. But once I noticed that, it made me second-guess the rest of the gear too. Maybe it was just an off day or I happened to get the rougher equipment, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t feel comfortable booking again.

Took my kids there hoping for a fun day, but it was just way too packed. The queues were all over the place and it didn’t really feel like staff were managing the jump areas much. Bigger kids kept running around everywhere, and it just made the whole thing feel stressful rather than fun. We ended up leaving earlier than we planned because... yeah, for what we paid, it just didn’t feel worth it.

"Dirty and could’ve been avoided"
The place just felt dirty and not really looked after. The floors were sticky, and the toilets definitely needed a proper clean. It didn’t feel nice spending time there, which is frustrating because it seems like something that’s avoidable with basic upkeep.

Maybe I’m just impatient, or maybe I missed something obvious, but the progress tracking on airbornesports.com really didn’t work well for me. It barely seemed to update, so I had no clue what stage my order was actually at. I kept checking back and basically just guessing, which got annoying fast. Not really what I expected.

"Not the best birthday party experience"
I booked this place for my son's birthday, i was disappointed. Maybe I'm extra picky when it comes to kids' parties, but it felt really disorganized from the start. The staff seemed unsure of what was going on, and the kids spent way too much time just standing around waiting. I really wanted it to be fun and easy, but I left feeling like it wasn't worth it. I personally wouldn't book a party here again...

I booked through airbornesports the wait was ridiculous. We showed up on time like we were supposed to, but then just sat around forever with barely any updates. Staff kept giving vague promises like “it won’t be much longer,” but nothing actually seemed to happen. It really took the excitement out of the whole experience for me. I wouldn’t bother booking again unless they get way better at managing their schedule
